‘Robert’s Rules of Order’ on religious conflicts in the Church of Christ in Zimbabwe

Church conflicts arise due to poor ethics, hermeneutics or doctrine. Unending may be historical and conflict resolution not have been done. This article identifies fissures in the history of Christ Zimbabwe (COCZ). It proposes use ‘Robert’s Rules Order’ (RONR) redirect deliberants’ energies towards comprehensive solutions (Robert 2020). can eradicate collegial competition, litigious animosity, divided loyalties, mutual hatred, violent tendencies negative energy increase growth organisation. Trust was lost highly adversarial contact where legal battles acrimonious criticisms addressed. The COCZ has tactical, technical strategic management principles inherited from restoration history, which apply resolution. Using scientific methods handling like RONR, hopefully lead better results that church.Contribution: paper contributes alternatives resolutions tested within Christ. Robert’s used different religious organisations resolve through peaceful difference.
